Payment
Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. Your credit card or health care savings card will be kept on file through a secure, HIPAA-compliant service and will be charged at the time of your appointment. Cash and check are not accepted.

Cancellations/No-Shows
Cancellation of appointments requires a 24 hour or 1 business day advance notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge to the card on file as follows:
$150 for New Intake Appointments
$100 for Extended Follow-up Appointments: 50 minutes
$50 for Follow-up Appointments: 25 minues
