Financial Policies

I am out-of-network for all insurance companies. Payment is expected at the time of the appointment.

Your insurance company may offer out-of-network coverage and may provide partial reimbursement for my visit fee.

If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with an itemized statement for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement to you. I encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask about out-of-network benefits for your plan and how to submit a superbill for reimbursement.

As an out-of-network doctor, I am able to work with patients regardless of their insurance status or plan. This also allows me the freedom to provide more individualized services, as I am not constrained by insurance rules or limitations.

I am not able to provide services to patients with Medicaid and Medicare.
