Non-Urgent Concerns
Please use Spruce Health secure texting brief questions, requests, or to change/cancel an appointment. You may also leave a confidential voicemail. Non-urgent messages will be returned within two business days.

Urgent Concerns/After Hours/Holiday
Please leave a confidential voicemail and indicate “urgent” in your message, and I will return your call as soon as possible.

Crisis Management
I do not provide crisis management. If you are in crisis, please go to your nearest emergency department or crisis center. See Mental Health Emergency located under For Patients tab for details.

Prescriptions
Prescriptions and refills should be obtained at the time of regularly scheduled office visits. Any prescription you receive should last until our next scheduled appointment. I understand that there are situations that may arise where you need a prescription refilled outside of the normal visit. Please contact your pharmacy directly for a refill. Allow two business days for refill requests.

If an urgent prescription is needed, please text via Spruce app or leave a voicemail and I will return your call as soon as possible. In most circumstances new prescriptions require an appointment. 

*Stimulant medications for ADHD cannot be refilled without an appointment*
